Job searching can be quite daunting. You have to research, write, train, excercise, check, monitor, communicate, adjust, act, mingle, network... It's a lot and it's often confusing, overwhelming and after a while it can get disheartening. A lot of people feel like they are undergoing the process instead of being in charge of their own path.

Then it's high time for you to bring some structure in your job searching activities and take control over the entire process. In this workshop you will learn how to manage your job search like a project. You will learn how to plan all the important steps and incorporate all the relevant elements of a job search process. And you will do this in a way that fits within your personal situation.
What to bring to the workshop:
- Writing material (laptop is not required)
- An open mind willing to try new things :)
What you can do to prepare (optional):
Examine how you go about your job searching activities now. Don't try to change it yet, just take a look at it. Note what you like about what you're doing and what feels quite demanding or challenging.

Every time a participant doesn’t show up, we have an empty chair at our table. So don’t forget to cancel your registration on Eventbrite if you can’t make it, or contact us at annelies@co-searching.be. We only send tips and summaries to those who attend.

This workshop is open to anyone exploring their work journey — whether you're unemployed, employed, a student, or currently on sick leave or disability — and who wants to learn and talk about job searching. You're welcome regardless of your age, sector, gender, education level, etc.
Please note: this workshop requires a sufficient understanding of English to participate in a group conversation.
