Do you find it difficult to identify or communicate your skills during a job interview or a career meeting? You know you've done a lot of things but you are struggling to distill what skills are attached to the things you've done? Then this workshop is for you. You will learn a practical, easy-to-use and effective analysis method to identify and the STAR-method to communicate your skills to anyone.

In this workshop you will get hands-on practice in small groups. It will enable you to confidently approach any job interview or career meeting going forward. You will go home knowing how to translate any experience in to a list of skills stories that you can use to highlight your professional value to any stakeholder.

We will provide water, tea and cookies.
This workshop is prepared and guided by Sabine. She looks forward to meeting you!

Important!
Every time a participant doesn’t show up, we have an empty chair at our table. So don’t forget to cancel your registration on Eventbrite if you can’t make it, or contact us at annelies@co-searching.be. We only send tips and summaries to those who attend.

For whom?
This workshop is open to anyone exploring their work journey — whether you're unemployed, employed, a student, or currently on sick leave or disability — and who wants to learn and talk about job searching. You're welcome regardless of your age, sector, gender, education level, etc.

Please note: this workshop requires a sufficient understanding of English to participate in a group conversation.
